The hotel has a total of 146 rooms. 6 of which are Presidential Suites, 53 Panorama Suites, 44 Panorama Twin Suites, 33 Executive Suites and 10 Studio Suites. Our suites are spacious and classically designed to bring in a lot of natural light that complements the decor. They overlook either the University of Nairobi or the bustling cosmopolitan city of Nairobi. Smoking is prohibited in the rooms. Guests who wish to smoke can do so at the Safari Terrace Bar or Sundeck Pizzeria and Grill. Our Suites feature retro décor reminiscent of a post colonial period with all the advantages of contemporary facilities and services. All have a lounge with leisure seating which includes a sofa set, armchair, as well as a dining table, and an elegant writing desk.

These suites have a balcony accessible through sliding French doors that welcome the gentle breeze of a typical evening in Nairobi.


Panorama Suite

The spacious lounge makes it the ideal family room, as an extra bed can be fitted to accommodate children less than 12 years.


Panorama Twin Suite

Designed in manners similar to the Panorama Suite, the major difference is that it has two separate beds that fit in quaintly. The suites are ideal for those travelling in large groups.


Presidential Suite

The suites are on the 16th floor of the hotel and are the largest of all the suites in the hotel. The rooms king size beds, high ceilings and windows radiate luxury and comfort.



Rates provided include bed and breakfast and use of the Health Club facilities with the exception of massage services. Breakfast taken on the day of arrival will be charged to the guest. The rates are subject to change at any given time without notice.
Check in is from 2:00pm. One nights deposit is required before check in at the cashier’s. Check out is by 11:00am. To extend this time, consult with the Front Office Manager.
The hotel accepts all major currencies and credit cards. It does not accept traveler’s cheques. The exchange rate used is that of the hotel and are subject to change without notice.
No penalty will be incurred if a booking is cancelled 60 days prior to arrival. Cancellation of a booking 7 – 10 days prior to arrival will incur a 50% cancellation fee for groups. Our “No Show” policy dictates that one day’s accommodation will be charged, should the guest cancel with no reason provided
Under the hotel restaurants act, the owner of a hotel may in certain circumstanced be liable to make good any loss or damage to a guests property, even though it is not due to any fault on the part of the hotel. This liability extends only to guests who have stayed in the hotel. It does not cover motor cars, or any other kind of vehicle or property.
The hotel has no liability for personal injury (fatal or otherwise) suffered by a visitor at the hotel. In particular but without prejudice to the foregoing condition, the visitors are aware of the risk of personal injury involved.
The hotel will not be responsible for any loss of luggage prior to the guest checking in.
The hotel will not accept liability for anything stolen or declared stolen from a safe within a guest’s room. Guests are urged to be careful in selecting the code for their safes. Avoid using your date of birth.
The guest will be liable to be charged for the following reasons: If you request the hotel to break a sate for whatever reason Destroy any room furniture and fixtures, electrical appliances, towel and bed linens
No pets are allowed within the hotel's premises
Visitors of guests are required to leave any form of identification at the security desk. They are allowed to stay until 10:00pm, should they wish to extend their stay until the morning, a fee of 100 USD is to be charged
Only children below the age of 12 can share a room with their parents, who will be required to pay for their breakfast only.
